Quick Summary / Abstract:
Background: In accordance with Board Policy 3300(a), which requires the
establishment and maintenance of effective purchasing procedures
that are consistent with sound financial controls and ensure our
District receives maximum value for items purchased, it has been the practice of our District to present to our Board of Education for
approval the purchase orders generated each month.
Status Attached is the Purchase Order Summary Report that details the purchase orders issued by our District during the period December 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.

Superintendent's Recommendation: Our Superintendent recommends approval of the Purchase Order
Summary Report for the period December 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
