Quick Summary / Abstract:
Background: California Education Code Section 35186 requires that the Superintendent of Schools provide a quarterly report to the local Board of Education and to the County Superintendent of Schools summarizing the nature and resolution of complaints filed under the Williams Uniform Complaint Procedures.
Status Attached is the Williams Uniform Complaint Procedures Quarterly District Report for January 1, 2019 to March 31, 2019.
Fiscal Impact There is no impact to the General Fund.
Superintendent's Recommendation: Approve the Williams Uniform Complaint Procedures Quarterly Report.
