Our District Staff and representatives from the Firm Nigro and Nigro will present our District's 2019/2020 Annual District Audit to our Board of Education for information, discussion, and formal acceptance.

Background:
|
In accordance with Education Code Section 41020, the Board of
Education authorized the annual audit of the Livermore Valley Joint
Unified School District's financial records and support documentation
for the 2019/2020 fiscal year. This year in light of COVID-19, an audit is required to be filed with the County Superintendent of Schools and the State Controller by March 31, 2021 instead of the traditional January 31, 2021 deadline. The audit firm Nigro and Nigro has completed the 2019/2020 audit. Copies of the audit will be forwarded to the appropriate County and State agencies and our Board of Education for review.

District staff and representatives from the firm Nigro and Nigro will
present the audit to our Board of Education for discussion and formal
acceptance. Staff is pleased to report there were no findings.
